There are several top paying companies in the world which provide high pay scale to their employees. They paid according to their qualification, experience, technical skill, shift timing etc. There are companies which pay salary to the employees according to the nature of work. Employees at higher post are getting higher salary than the employees working at low level post.
There is a lot of difference in the pay scale of employees from one company to other. Big companies provide all types of benefits, incentives e.g travelling allowances, dearness allowances, house rent allowances etc. to their employees along with their salaries. Small companies whose business entirely depends on the work and working capability of employees provide only salary; benefits are given to only those employees who are hardworking, dedicated, and passionate. Everyone wants to work in a company which is providing decent salary to their employees and earn more than normal standards. There is big difference between salary of employees who work in the company and employees who work in a school.
The teacher salary ranges from 50$ to 500$ per month. But in companies, it is between 1500$ to 2000$ per month and more. In most of the companies, salary of employees increase after every 12 months, but teacher’s salary remains fixed for the first 2 years. No extra facilities are provided to teachers in schools which are provided to employees in companies.
